How To Quit or Don't Try This At Home

This video made me crack a smile. It also made me realize that sometimes, you can really aim at the wrong objectives. But really really wrong objectives. I spoke about reaching a final objective in the Graphically Speaking post. The dip or long tail in becoming a superhero or obtaining superpowers is……colossal.

That kid looks tremendously focused on his objective. He meditates, he is not afraid to have an opinion, he is not afraid to distance himself from the herd mentality, but the end objective and the approach are simply wrong. He probably does not know, but he scarred himself, for a while at least. While people might make fun of him, it takes great courage to do this. Would you publicly declare your 10K in a YouTube video? If overweight, would you declare publicly that you will commit to losing X number of pounds by a certain date?

I am certain that if he focused on something else than turning Super Saiyan, he might be able to achieve great things. Let’s just hope he realizes quickly enough.
