Walls and road signs

Some people love to build walls ,steps and complex signs when they could build straight smooth roads and elevators.

The only time when you should do so is when you are trying to protect something very dearly. For the rest, most specifically for your customers, make sure you put most of your efforts into making everything very simple. Or else, frustration will arise. Even your employees will feel the pinch.

This might be linked to the previous post where I asked to keep things simple. Just keep in mind that ; If it is hard to explain, it is probably hard to do.
